Villa Apple Mertanadi – Building View

CONCEPT:
To create a minimalist sustainable building design and implementing turquoise as the main branding color.

CHALLENGE:
To create wider room perspective and some areas coverage from the sunlight.

SOLUTION:
We designed a playful lightings and landscaping to give broader space essence and at the same time to keep some area covered from undesirable sunlight mostly in the morning. We also chose some of the materials in the desired branding color such as on the decorative tiles and seating to expose more the branding to our guests. The architectural is also supporting the idea of sustainable design where it helps more in minimizing maintenance by implementing MEP system.
