CONCEPT:
To implement local culture to the building without losing the contemporer touch.

CHALLENGE:
This building is designed to accomodate various business purpose that are hotel, villa, convention hall and executive karaoke. These purposes shall come intermittenly one to another both from air sirculation and the design itself, so that it fulfills the core purpose of an eco-friendly design. This concept also helps to minimize operational cost. Standing on 3HA land, this building is built to the sides instead of erected tall.

SOLUTION:
The contemporer touch reflected into laser cut design. Sharp but feminin as to be like Gandrung traditional dance from the local culture.
